Our Mission and Vision
Our vision is to be a faithful, mission-focused body of believers living in anticipation of the return of our Bridegroom, Jesus Christ. We believe the Church is called to prepare herself as a pure and faithful Bride, separated from the ways of the world and wholly devoted to Christ. Through diligent study of God’s Word, prayer, obedience, fellowship, and service, we seek to understand our place in these last days and live as a people who are ready for His coming.
As we wait for the Bridegroom, we are committed to advancing the Kingdom of God by proclaiming the Gospel, caring for those in need, reaching the forgotten and marginalized, and demonstrating the love of Christ through our lives. Guided by the truth of Scripture and the compassion described in Matthew 25:34–40, we desire to be found faithful when He returns, clothed in righteousness, bearing fruit, and actively carrying out the work He has entrusted to us.
Our desire is not simply to watch for His coming, but to prepare for it. We want to live as a Bride who knows to whom she belongs, who keeps herself from the corruption of this world, who faithfully carries out the will of her Bridegroom, and who waits with her lamp burning for the cry, “Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.”
Doctrinal Statement
Above all else, let us remain focused on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe in the one true God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that humanity is lost in sin and desperately needs a Savior, and that salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for our sins, was buried, and bodily rose again on the third day, conquering sin and death and offering eternal life to all who place their faith in Him.
There are many secondary doctrines worthy of serious study, and faithful believers may sometimes reach different conclusions concerning them. These matters are important, but they must never overshadow the message that stands at the heart of our faith. Our unity must begin with the Gospel. We may discuss secondary doctrines, search the Scriptures together, and even disagree at times, but we must remain united in proclaiming Christ crucified, buried, risen, and coming again.
Let us keep the main thing the main thing: Jesus Christ and His Gospel.
